Refund Policy

Credits

Credits are charged when an available generation task is created. If a task reaches a confirmed technical failure, the same number of charged credits is restored as a new grant valid for 30 days from the restoration date. A timeout or unconfirmed provider response may require manual review before we decide whether a refund is due.

Results and creative preferences

A completed result is not a technical failure. We do not refund credits because a person looks different, the motion or style is not preferred, or the result does not meet a subjective creative expectation. Please review the template description and input requirements before submitting.

Cash payments

Paid plans and credit packs are currently closed. If digital credit products open later, we will not offer routine cash refunds for them. If a payment is duplicated or charged in error, contact support@memeclone.ai with the relevant order details. We will investigate and correct verified duplicate or erroneous charges. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

How to request help

Send the account email, task or order identifier, and a description of the issue to support@memeclone.ai. Never include card numbers, passwords or API keys.
