MemeClone.ai is operated by MAGICAIGC LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
2. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
3. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
4. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
5. Payment Information — If paid products are enabled, billing details are handled by the payment processor shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Uploaded and generated media — Images you submit and generated files or task metadata needed to provide the studio and show your creation history.

Only upload media that you are allowed to use. If an upload includes another person's likeness, you are responsible for obtaining the permission required for your use and for responding to requests about that media.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
• Operate the meme library, generation queue, result archive and account history.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With Cloudflare for hosting, database, email and object storage services.
• With KIE when you submit a generation task that is open for use; the provider receives the submitted image URL and template parameters needed to process it. KIE may retain a copy under its own policies, and we cannot promise that deleting data from MemeClone.ai deletes a provider copy.
• With Google when you choose Google sign-in.
• With payment processors such as Stripe if paid products are enabled in the future. Paid products are currently closed.
• These providers may process information outside China. We use the providers needed for the selected feature and do not claim that all provider copies can be removed through MemeClone.ai.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Media access and storage

Uploaded reference images may be returned through an accessible asset URL. Anyone who obtains that URL may be able to access the image while it remains available, so do not upload media that you cannot share in that way. Archived video results require login and a task ownership check before download.

Account information, uploaded media and generated results, and transaction records are kept for as long as needed for the corresponding service, support, security, legal and accounting purposes. There is no single fixed retention period. You may email support@memeclone.ai to request access or deletion of each category; we verify identity, review provider and legal requirements, and explain what can be removed.

Data Security

We use measures such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We verify account ownership before discussing account data or carrying out a deletion request. The service does not currently promise a fixed retention period or provide a self-service account deletion button. We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security, then delete or anonymize it when reasonably practical.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
