By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

MemeClone.ai is operated by MAGICAIGC LLC. We provide a meme research library and a creative studio. Browsing and editorial research pages may be available while a generation template is still being tested or unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload or use another person's image or likeness without the rights, consent, or other permission required for your use.
• Use generated media to impersonate a real person, deceive others, or violate another person's rights.

Generated Media

Generation is an assisted creative process. Outputs may be similar to other outputs, may contain errors or distortions, and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing an output before sharing or using it. We do not promise exclusive rights in generated media; your use may still be limited by third-party rights and applicable law. Third-party source pages and original works remain owned by their respective rights holders; MemeClone.ai does not claim ownership of them.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are not currently open for purchase. If paid products open later, the checkout page and Refund Policy will describe the applicable price and payment terms. Technical generation failures may restore credits through the task refund flow; completed results and subjective creative preferences are not technical failures. Duplicate or erroneous charges are investigated and corrected when verified, and mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. To request account closure or deletion of personal information, contact support so we can verify account ownership and process the request.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
