The Ronnie Coleman French fries meme comes from a 2024 Club Shay Shay interview in which the bodybuilder says everybody thought he was eating French fries, when they were oven-cooked potatoes cut to look like fries and coated in cooking spray. In October 2026 TikTok turned the line into a format: "everybody thought I was drinking water," or sleeping, or breathing, each time insisting it was something else.
