Mogging (Frame Mogged)

What does "Mogging (Frame Mogged)" mean?

Mogging (frame mogged) is internet slang: mogging someone means outshining them, originally in looks, and being "frame mogged" means having your build shown up by someone bigger standing next to you. The word comes from "AMOG," pickup-artist shorthand for "alpha male of the group," and was on 4chan's fitness board by 2016. Mogging went mainstream in February 2026, when an X post about a streamer getting "brutally frame mogged" at an Arizona State University party passed 13 million views, and most uses now are ironic.
