What does "Boo Trend (TikTok Cross-Eyed Boo Prank)" mean?
The Boo trend is a TikTok format where someone crosses their eyes, says "boo" and leans toward the camera, copying a clip first posted on September 20, 2026. Know Your Meme dates the earliest example to TikTok user @v99191, whose video passed 8.4 million views within about three weeks. The version that spread furthest is a prank: a creator talks a boyfriend, parent or cousin into doing it "together", then cuts their own part so only the other person is seen.
