What does "Beard Filter" mean?
A beard filter adds facial hair to a face in a photo or a camera, so you can see yourself with a full beard, stubble or a goatee without growing one. Snapchat added a lens that gives clean-shaven faces "a full set of face furniture" in June 2020, per Tech Advisor, and women on TikTok turned beard filters into a joke on themselves. Today AI beard filters work from a single photo.
